Alandium had the privilege of creating an exclusive private label watch collection for a select group of members from the Porsche Club — a globally recognized community of passionate automotive connoisseurs. This bespoke watch initiative was conceived to reflect the design precision and performance DNA that Porsche vehicles are known for.
Crafted as a collector’s piece, the timepiece became a symbolic extension of each member’s personal bond with their car. Every watch was not only a tribute to Porsche heritage but a luxury accessory engineered to echo the emotion of the drive.
About the Porsche Club Project
With decades of history and chapters worldwide, Porsche Clubs bring together some of the most dedicated and knowledgeable automotive enthusiasts. Alandium was approached to develop a custom watch that would match the style, character, and exclusivity of the vehicles driven by its members. The goal: to create a watch that feels like it belongs next to the ignition key of a 911.
Design Concept
Inspired by Porsche’s iconic instrument clusters and motorsport legacy, the design concept blended functionality with understated elegance. Matte finishes, deep contrast markers, and aerodynamic contours created a visual experience familiar to the Club’s audience. The watch was engineered to complement the interior and exterior of Porsche models, becoming an accessory as dynamic as the vehicles themselves.
Custom Dial Design
Multiple watch collections were used in this project, each selected to reflect the personality and driving style of Porsche Club members. Regardless of the model, each dial was custom designed to align with Porsche's ideology of precision, performance, and elegance. The Porsche Club emblem was integrated into the dial layout, paired with sport-style markers and contrast detailing for a clean yet dynamic appearance. This consistency in design philosophy ensured that every timepiece became an authentic extension of the Porsche lifestyle.
Custom Case Back
Each case back was crafted to reflect the mechanical purity admired by Porsche enthusiasts—featuring deep laser-engraved details that balanced modern minimalism with subtle complexity. Instead of overwhelming visuals, we focused on depth, texture, and craftsmanship to ensure the back of the watch echoed the technical sophistication of Porsche's own design ethos. This engraving not only added collectibility but personal value to every watch.
Buckle Customisation
As part of the customisation package, the buckle featured an engraved Porsche name, polished for an elegant finish. This subtle branding element helped maintain continuity across all touchpoints of the timepiece and reinforced the luxury character of the project.
Project Outcome
The Porsche Club watch project was met with overwhelming appreciation from members, many of whom viewed it not simply as merchandise—but as a collectible piece of shared identity. Positioned as a limited club-only edition, the watches served as powerful symbols of loyalty and shared values.
